Cancellation Policy

We run small, four-person classes, so late cancellations and no-shows directly affect other members waiting for a space. This policy explains how cancellations, credits, and waitlists work.

Cancelling a class

• You can cancel any booked class up to 48 hours before its start time.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will have their credit returned automatically to your account balance.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded to your credit balance.
• To cancel, sign in to your account and manage your booking directly, or email us at info@thestratfordpark.co.uk.

No-shows

If you do not attend a class you have booked and have not cancelled in line with the policy above, the credit used for that class will not be returned.

Waitlists

• If a class is full, you can join the waitlist.
• If a space becomes available 12 hours or more before the class start time, the waitlist promotes automatically and you will be notified.
• If you are promoted from the waitlist, standard cancellation terms apply from that point.

Credit packs and expiry

• The Intro Offer is valid for 4 weeks from purchase.
• Single classes and class packs are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
• Unused credits that expire are not refundable and cannot be extended, except at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (for example, injury or illness — please contact us).

Refunds

• Credit packs and single classes are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
• Cancelled classes within the 48-hour window do not qualify for a credit refund, in line with the policy above.

Studio-cancelled classes

If we need to cancel or reschedule a class (for example, due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and your credit will be returned in full, with no action needed on your part.
